I bought this on sale. The product came to my house and I read the instructions. That's when I learned that it wasn't for brown or black skin.

Do not buy. Stopped working after first time and then sent a used one.
Just absolutely disturbed by this situation. I received a USED hair removal system to replace my first one that stopped working after the first day. The fact that I received a used item that A. I did not agree to and B. People use these on all parts of their body, is completely unacceptable.
