Very helpful to support joints during activities. The extreme temperatures made the tape less effective as the ‘glue’ melted a bit decreasing the effectiveness of the support. Still good though ;)

This roll of KT is light pink/flesh coloured and comes in a dispenser. The tape is very thin and stretchy and is pre-cut in 10in/25.5cm lengths with rounded corners. You can use scissors to cut smaller pieces too and round the corners off to stop the tape from catching on clothing. I find the tape useful for supporting my golfer's elbow. I don't like that the tape can leave the skin looking wrinkly after use as it has stretched it so much. There are instructions on the box to help you with applying the tape but, for more info there are lots of videos one line too.

I found this to be a really good kinesiology tape! The pieces come perfectly sized. The heat activated adhesive is really good and strong. It allows the tape to stay in place for quite some time!They are certainly water resistant, it did not budge when I was sweating during my workout sessions.I used the tape around my foot to help give some extra support as I had injured one of them. I did not find that it did very much for the pain but it did feel much better supported which meant that I felt safe to put all my weight on that foot.The dispenser is simple and easy to use!Please let me know if this was helpful for you! :)
