If you have used kinetic tape before this is a good brand it sticks perfectly and stays where you put it very small learning curve on how to cut and apply properly you can Google it for the right amount of Tension when you apply it

Adhesion only lasted a few hours then started to peel. Stretch was too much to feel relief when used.

This tape is a life safer for my achilles tendonitis. I wrap it around if I feel any pain & it supports it enough to stop the flairup. Also the color blends great. I've had some that are oranges colo and this one blends well its not noticeable at all. It also sticks really well as long as u round the ends and end it on top of tape instead of on skin. Last thru showers & doesn't fray fast.

It worked as needed for my knee. 👍 it did fray a bit on the edges but not enough to remove a star. I would buy again

It sticks to your skin great, lasts for several days, but getting it off is a painful ordeal. It also leaves behind a lot of sticky residue that's difficult to remove.

I had these before as for aches don't know but for wrapping chickens foot that has bumble foot work great keeps dressing on with follow up of sm piece of tape

I am currently using other kinesiology tape that works well so I know how to apply it. This tape is flimsy and provides almost no support when applied to stabilize my ankle. Also doesn’t stick well so wants to come undone. I’m disappointed.
