I used mine as a plug for my chicken coop and horse shelter. You can hard wire these small, semi permanent buildings without the expense of trench or overhead wiring. It allows an extension cord to be used when needed for heated buckets then the cord can be removed and stored in the warm months.

Great connection for charging my golf cart
I have a built in charger on my cart and I used this to make it a little more cleaner than a cord coming out from the seat area.

I used this on my skoolie build. A quick trip to harbor freight for a $7 3 way extension cord adapter and it was easy to wire. Colors matched the wires correctly and has had no problem powering my AC (500 watts) for over 24 hours. No issues so far.
