Biotin Gummies Vegetarian Gummies, 5000 mcg, Strawberry, 100 Count

These gummies taste good, like 100x sweetened strawberry licorice, but after finishing the bottle I would not repurchase or recommend them.I have used biotin before with great results, but I often forget to take them daily. I thought since the gummies are basically candy I would remember to take them daily and experience the same results as with biotin pills. Wrong. These promoted facial hair growth on my chin/mustache, but not my eyebrows/lashes or scalp hair. I never had any facial hair issues or excessive growth before taking these, so I'm not happy. I will be returning to using NOW brand biotin pills.

I'm vegetarian so I don't eat gelatin since it comes from pigs. These are the only decently priced vegetarian gummies I could find. They taste great. I only take 1 a day but I've still noticed my hair falling less. I have Graves disease and methimazole made my hair fall for months. Now with biotin, it's finally lessened.

Showed these vitamins to my doctor--I only take one gummy since 5000mcg is too much for me. She said that is perfectly fine and that she loves these vitamins! So happy they are vegan and soy free. I noticed that my hair is thicker, and falls out less. Best purchase I've made in years.

but one cannot tell the effects but it definitely does not have any negative side effects at least on my wife who has been taking it for a while....

Like the taste

These are delicious. I was a little leary since i read another review that said they taste horrible. I just got them and they taste great. Hopefully I will see a difference since this is my first time taking biotin

These gummies taste great and they are VEGAN. It is very hard to find vegan gummies. My nails used to split but after eating these for a while, they don't. Great product!

This is my 4th time ordering these and I'll continue to get them! My husband enjoys the flavor too which kinda stinks because he has his own!
