Glue on tip breaks
Arrived on time son was very happy until he went to use it for the first time and the glue on tip broke so he had to get replacement glue on tips.

Reasonable cue
Reasonable cue but artwork on wrapped stickers so the join is noticeable. Comfortable to play with but order a case separately

Fair cue at a reasonable price if in perfect condition
Outer packaging and plastic film around the cue were slightly damaged, with a small splinter chip to the shaft of the cue ... I guess this may have been returned previously, or badly handled while in the warehouse. Either way did not reach me in perfect condition, which disappointed me as it was purchased as a birthday gift. Package was left in full view on doorstep while out shopping ( NOT handed to me as it stated on order ) - amazed it wasn't stolen. Would be a fair cue for the price IF in perfect condition - however should not have been for sale at full price in such condition.
