Good cable, poor quality MC4 connectors
The adapter cable works fine until you attempt to disconnect the MC4 cables. The negative connector was nearly impossible to disengage. None of my MC4 disconnect tools would work. I also unsuccessfully attempted to used needle nose pliers. I finally used a pair of wire stripper pliers to squeeze the tabs enough to remove. Upon inspection I discovered that the "ears" on the connector are thicker and much stiffer than any of my other brand name MC4 connectors. Fortunately I will rarely need to disconnect the adapter and now I know which tools to have handy.

Works as needed
Bought this to connect a solar panel to my VTOMAN battery pack for charging. Connectors click in fine and was pulling 200watts into the battery station from the solar panel as intended.

Heavy 14 AWG perfect for 100 watt solar panel
I added a 2nd solar panel for the inverter battery. The panels are on the deck, and battery in the living room. This cable allows me to use a cable extension with 5521 fittings on both ends. The heavy 14 awg allows for less voltage drop. The 5521 fitting mated with my extension cable, with no part of the outer metal connector showing between housings. The length of this allows me to easily move the panel around as the sun is moving during the day.
