When we got our play kitchen I was so excited, I started building right away it and it was a breeze! However I got mostly through building to realise I was missing the counter piece! That was no problem though because I emailed the seller and they were so quick to reply and have a new one sent its been great purchasing from them!

Had a broken part that was replaced with no problems. Very easy to work with and responded right away.

We purchased this as a Christmas gift. It took my husband and I 5 hours to put it together because several screws did not fit properly. Getting the faucet in place and clock hands in was a nightmare. You need several different size screwdrivers. It looks as expected, but the assembly was painful.

I thought this would be a really great gift for my daughter’s birthday but it turned out to be a disappointment. Assembly was relatively easy until I realized partway through that hardware was missing. I am missing 1 4x20 mm screw and an A door shaft. So I had to choose which door wouldn’t be functional (I went with the microwave). In addition, there is no way to attach the range hood. I see there is a little block that helps attach the hood to the back of the kitchen, but it also wasn’t included. So, now there is no range hood. Also, the hands on the clock cannot be secured tight enough to actually move on the clock face…they just hang sadly downward.I do not recommend this product.

It might be easy but it’s going to take some time. Be patient it’s worth it. My grandkids love it.

Screw labeling was unclear. No electronics worked but for a 1 year old, it will work. I wasn’t going to take it apart to return it I’m satisfied but not thrilled with it

The media could not be loaded.  Overall I am very happy with our new play kitchen! It seems pretty sturdy, the wood is good quality. There was no imperfections with paint or the wood pieces which was great. The only thing I wish it was a little bit taller. The included accessories are very cute and good quality as well. It did take a couple hours to put together, which was expected and having two people to do it was best. I chose this kitchen because of the functioning hood vent (light and sounds), and stove top (lights and sound). I highly recommend.
