Came in a plastic bag and appears used. Returned. Not worth dealing with.Update------Redmond reached out to me and sent me a new product. It was packaged nicely and looked great. Only complaints about this product is lack of frothing control. Unlike a wand you just get what you get at the end of a cycle. It can be very frothy. And there really isn't a good pour spout. Not that I've ever been into fancy coffee art, but if I was I don't know that I could get that directly from the container.Otherwise it does what it says it will and is super quiet while doing it. Pretty easy to clean at long as you do it each time.

Great little gadget for coffee people!
I gotta say this little gadget is great. I bought it for my wife to make her morning coffee a little more exciting. It helps add that special little touch to make it easier to make at home coffee. She had a little wand frother before. And that does the job, but not like this. This heats and froths at once. Takes very little time to do it AND is super easy to clean up!Im more of a cold coffee guy, so I didn't think I'd use this often. But the cold foam mode is also very useful.I take a hit of creamer, put it in the frother, and run the cold foam mode. It really does feel like a treat!I will mention our first one had a problem with blending after the first month. But we reached out to Redmond and they sent a replacement immediately without hassle. This one has been working strong with no issue! For how small this is its a perfect pack away thing if you're short on counter space like us!I don't think we will ever go back to the days of the wand frother!

Great customer service and product
Loved this machine the first few times I used it but unfortunately it was stopped working. Sometimes I can get it to work if I keep unplugging and resetting the outlet but it is definitely an issue with the machine and I know others have had this issue, I just hoped it wouldn’t happen to me but it did and now I will need to purchase another brand. Disappointed.Update: 5 stars for customer service. They replaced my frother within 3 days it was at my door and has been working great since.

Started out beautifully and then… it broke (UPDATE)
When I first got the machine in June I was really impressed and loved it, perfect frothing every time. However, this morning (almost two months) the fronth selection button to start the frother fell out. Tried to contact their customer service twice. The recorded response came on, but once I got to customer service the call suddenly dropped, both time. Ducky, just ducky. This is an UPDATE…I have changed my review rating, because I have had one of the best customer service responses, in a very long time.I reported the problem with my frother on 14 August, and today, August 19 and I have a brand new frother in hand. Very happy camper. If things change I’ll have an update. 😊

I like it!
Small and delicate, easy to use. Just plug in the electricity, pour the milk and push the button. The plug-in of the cord on the machine has a rubber seal-up, so no need to worry about water going in when washing it. The touch button sensitivity is just right. There wasn't trouble of pressed no response or press up no feeling but has been pressed down. I used it to make cold milk froth, and it worked well. The taste is delicate and dense. (For the taste, maybe should also say thanks to Lactaid)

Lasted a month but the poor design was obvious on day 1
Right away when we got this we noticed the design was flawed compared to the many other types of frothed we’ve used. This one has a plug that has to fit on the side with a “waterproof” cover that can be flipped over it for washing. The plug fit weird and didnt feel secure when plugged in but it worked for just over 3 weeks so we thought maybe we were wrong? We also didn’t care for the “button” which isn’t a button at all (can’t be depressed) and you have to touch it several times before it registers and turns on, but we still have it a shot to avoid the headache of a return and ordering a new one. Then right at the 1 month mark, I plugged the loose fitting plug into the poorly placed inlet and it beeped several times with all lights flashing. I thought that was weird but proceeded to add the wisk and start pouring milk, but then it started wisking when I was pouring (making a mess). I stopped it finished pouring and started it again and it ran for about 7 seconds before it stopped. So I walked over to it and before I got close enough to actually touch it, it turned itself back on. I watched and that lasted maybe 5 seconds before stopping again. At that point I pulled out the old nespresso that this was supposed to replace, and made myself a proper foam.We have bought several frothers over the years and this is the first one that was so bad (for several reasons) that I needed to come write this review- go buy ANY of the other options, I’m certain they won’t be worse than this.

Elegant design; great customer service
(updated)It’s easy to clean (compared to previous model we had), and froths +heats well. The design is much nicer than the one it replaced, which died after about 3 years. We have not tried the other settings e.g. cold milk frothing. It has to be rinsed out after each use, since it had milk in it. The non-stick coating is working very well, so that I only use soap+ a brush every other time. Rinsing it out in the sink requires us to unplug it, but apparently all milk frothers work that way now. (The old one had a detachable base.) The plug/unplug works well. The first unit we got developed a bug, but customer service has been very responsive and replaced it quickly. (By email; the phone number Amazon lists does not seem to connect to anything.)

Not for almond milk or alike
I will let you know my point of view: I have had others milk frothers where i can make foam out of my almond milk, if you do so, this is NOT your frother. They say at the manual that you need to use whole milk mandatory for good results. I do not drink whole milk, i will have to buy another because as you can see in the picture, after two blends, no foam at all.
