Came badly packed. Folded and crammed in a plastic bag. The hole thing was flattened. The petals we deformed, miss shaped and twisted.The stem was snapped in two.No way could you get it to look like a proper flower spike.Very disappointed as it looked very realistic in the advertising pictures. No type of info sheet to even start trying to do anything with it.
