When I first bought it started malfunctioning within a month so I contacted the company. They asked me to send 3 videos of the product showing the issue which was that it was not measuring the weight correctly. After verifying they immediately sent me a replacement weighing machine and it is working completely fine. The buttons are a bit finicky but the product is good for the price.
