Does exactly what it's supposed to do!
OMG...used the California Duster for the first time today. Less than 5 minutes... Done! There was a smooshed bug that I took off with detailer. But other than that it did a great job! I'm impressed! BTW it's a Black Corvette so it will save washings and won't use as much detailer. Follow the directions when you first get it. Place it on newspaper or in my case a paper grocery bag for 48 hours. Any excess paraffin will soak into the paper...turn it maybe 4 times before putting it in the storage bag. There will be no streaking or residue if you follow these instructions. A real time saver! Enjoy! Friends tell me, the dirtier it gets the better job it will do. Time will tell.😉

Works great
I have bought similar products and been disappointed but both the car duster and the smaller duster work very well. I live in Granbury Tx in the midst of Juniper trees and other serious pollinators and this duster is the best I have found. When new it may leave a little wax residue which is easily wiped off, but after a short time it just lifts the pollen and dust off with no residue.

Keeps the car clean
My husband uses this daily to keep the car dust free. The duster has to be replaced after a lot of use, but well worth the purchase. For the duster to work properly, the secret is not to let the car get too dirty. It's good for daily touch-ups between washings.

Good but not like they used to be
I have been using California Dusters for 30 years my last one lasted almost 15 years. This one is about a quarter the weight, length and density- Yes it works ( after you let it soak on newspaper or paper towels for 10 days or so)If you use it out of the bag it will streak like crazy especially on a black car or truck. It feels like a cheap made in china knock off of the original. Disappointing to say the least.

This is the same as I remember wiping the pollen of of my 70 440 Challenger.
This the exact one I was looking for my vehicles. They are both under a metal carport, with car covers. It is an open aired carport. Unfortunately, the pollen this time of year, covers your car as soon as the cover comes off. Instead of having to wash them daily, I just lightly run the duster over the car and it looks great. Plastic handle is a bit odd. The next time I will order the wooden handle version. Anyway the unspoken rule is if your Corvette is dirty, clean it before driving. Ask yourself, when was the last time you actually saw a Dirty Corvette driving down the road........
