For me – fits all shoes, that’s just gold!
These are the best orthotic insoles that I have ever used! I now own 4 so I don’t have swap out so much. 4 cost the same as ONE custom fit orthotic by an orthopedist and I’ve owned a few over the years. 20+ years ago a car accident left me with some bad ankle injuries and two surgeries. Since then, I have never been able to stand in one spot for long without having to move, the bottom of my feet hurt. 400 dollar custom fit orthotics do work but, pick a pair of shoes make the insoles fit and keep them there. Do not swap. Custom orthotics just suck, even the thinnest do not fit all shoes. Often orthopedist’ advice is to buy expensive orthopedic shoes, remove the insoles that came with these (which is why they’re expensive to begin with!) in favor of your custom made 400 dollar orthotics. What? Oh yeah, I just have money to burn! Ridiculous! Then you’re stuck wearing these ugly, just awful ugly orthopedic shoes. No, and heck no!Natural foot orthotics are just the best. I have no pain when I wear them! No plantar fasciitis, no arch problems, no general foot pain, and yeah, they fit all my shoes! From Vans, to Adidas, to New Balance, to Nike, to Timberland, whatever!!! They’re thin but strong and do exactly what they’re designed to do. However, when you first begin to wear good orthotics your feet will hurt. That’s ok. Hang in there and eventually the orthotics will work. I don’t know why, I’m not a doctor. But my experience tells me that poor arch support leads to all kinds of pain and scar tissue accumulation. When you begin to mold your feet into a correct position at first they hurt. That scar tissue begins to break down and when your heal rests on a hard surface it hurts. But that’s just in the beginning, once your posture is corrected you will never even know you’re wearing orthotics. I love these things and they’ve allowed me to wear nice looking cool shoes again. Thank you Natural Foot folks. Now, not to mislead anyone and provide an objective assessment. They didn’t work for my wife and the type of shoes that she wears. According to the wife - she wears a lot of ballet flats an her heal lifts off the orthotic every time she takes a step, so it doesn’t work for this type of shoe.

Solid arch support and comfortable
I previously used custom orthotics ($1000 including appointments) and discovered the natural foot orthotics original inserts which I found were extremely comfortable and affordable. Since the original stabilizer is is quite thick, that makes it difficult to fit into dress shoes or shoes without removable insoles, and the rubber-like material can cause some squeaking in certain shoes. I decided to order the slim stabilizer as it could be more versatile for putting into different shoes and it is great. It is significantly thinner than the original stabilizer for medium to high arches, but appears to be made of a more rigid material so the arch support is still there. What's more, it is thin enough to put into any shoe from my adidas ultraboosts to allen edmonds oxfords without taking up too much space and give them instant arch support. There is a break in period for orthotics, but once you get over that your feet will be thanking you. One thing to note- the orthotics that I received look like they have tiny hairline cracks near the holes. I'm not sure whether that is a manufacturing defect or if that is normal, since the picture on amazon does not show any marks on the orthotics. I've emailed the customer support to see whether I can get a replacement, but if not, I will test the durability of these orthotics and update my review if those "cracks" get larger.Edit: After I contacted customer service they shipped out a replacement pair along with a prepaid envelope to return the old pair. Great customer service.

Your health starts with your feet.
Product: Delivered on time far market cost compared to other places in town. The plastic material and amount of arch support is just right for my feet. They fit in all my shoes accept my dress shoes that do not have removable soles. For those you place the orthotics on top of the shoe bed and wear thin socks. So far the plastic material is durable and versatile in warm or cold weather. they don’t fluctuate due to temperature change. Pros: You have to allow break in time and that takes few weeks honestly if you have a desk job. Initially when I started with these I wore them 2 hours a day I have had them for two weeks now. 1st I only wore them just for walking and on the 15th day I actually played basketball in them. They held up however your body is aligning its self and other areas have to compensate for the change so expect hot feet and legs being stronger but tighter.Cons: If you don’t have a PHD you have to research how this alleviates feet pain and being patient. We all want instant relief but it took time to for your feet to become painful so it will take time for the body to correct it. I will update this review after a month.

Helpful
Some what helpful, definitely takes time to get used to . My left foot took to it well but my right foot is awkward and I couldn’t feel it in my shoe . The right foot is the one with the most pain and I couldn’t get relief with that on. I don’t have to money to spend with an orthopedic . That is why I got these . But my right foot needs more of something else. I still use them though .
