Great quality and so versatile. You can't carry dumbbells on vacation but this is a great alternative and comes with a pouch too which makes it easy to carry almost anywhere for a quick workout.

I got these as an addition to one of my band kits. I'm very happy with the quality and they seem more sturdy than my old bands. They also come in a compact bag which is quite nice if you are travelling.Right now I use them to warm up before the gym but they provide a great full-body workout for beginners.

I’m using these to strengthen my arms and back as per my chiropractors advice. I’m glad I bought these, they are much more durable then other bands I’ve tried in the past. You may think it will rip/snap/break but it can stretch further than you think. My 220lbs boyfriend uses them with his full weight pushing down and didn’t break. Highly recommended!

Nice for home workouts

Resistance bands are my primary strength building tool and I had tried many but this one has more resistance than other brands and a very handy grip. I cannot comment about durability because I recently bought it but it gives a robust feeling and the quality looks good.

I have been using it in my office for a few days now and I can tell that I'm feeling some good resistance which helps build strength. It's easy to carry, light weight and effective too! I can keep my body active even at work.
