Great product

Backstory: I started taking another probiotic brand about a month and a half ago because I read that it can help with stomach bloating. Sure enough, after about 2 weeks, my bloating went down. I then read that L Gasseri and L Rhamnosus are specific probiotic strains which are great for weight loss (I just want to lose about 5 pounds that I packed on in the winter, nothing major, but it wasn't budging) so I researched probiotics that have those and found this one. This one also has Ashwagandha (which I cycle on and off of as it's great for overall mood). Figured this would be a great probiotic to try. This is my personal experience: Pros: 1) Significantly improved regularity. 2) Lost a couple of pounds, though I can't say for sure it's from this. One con, but for me an important one: 1) The bloat is back. I now researched if there are specific probiotics for belly bloat. Sure enough, it appears that there are some new studies suggesting that( apparently, that specific strain is L Infantis). Personally, I'd rather purchase a more comprehensive probiotic in the future.Side point: It's really frustrating that one can't just buy probiotics and that there's so many different varieties and strains out there. Sorry, just had to vent!

Must Buy for Woman!I have purchased EssentiaLady Probiotics and since i started taking it i am so happy that it worked so well and quickly for my digestive issues.My stomach feels much better now and I also noticed difference in overall health and i have more energy. I recommend it to all my friends as a must buy and i will continue to use them.

So far, very good. I will keep you posted. I re-ordered a second bottle.On my 3rd bottle. I have taken these probiotics for 2 1/2 months now, and I am very satisfied with them. I was taking VSL #3, and I highly recommend these for the strain of probiotics they have for women. I will keep using these. This was written in 2017.I am still taking these and have not had a reoccurring bladder infection since I started taking them. They work as described and are wonderful. 9/12/18
