Arrived on time...item works well, but only holds the heat for ~ 5 to 8 minutes.

This is a very helpful product if you have dry, itchy eyes. I’ve tried different products that have heat therapy. But this product is much better because of the moist heat that is generated by the beads. The moisture really helps. Excellent quality. Easy and comfortable to use.

A hole appeared while heating in the microwave (as per the instructions) and the balls started falling out everywhere. It's no longer usable, and I asked for a replacement, given I'd only used the mask about 15 times since I bought it and at the price sold; hence one would expect it to be much more durable. Amazon initially replied to my request that "The seller associated with your order or enquiry has left the Amazon store or is no longer able to receive any further email communications." After a phone call, they refunded it, so excellent customer service from Amazon, thank you.

This eye mask is so soothing, you really feel it working straight away. I've suddenly started having watery and stinging eyes. Thought I'd try this first before visiting a doctor. I used it twice yesterday for 6 mins each time and already my eyes seem less watery in just one day. I would definitely recommend.

even with irregular use, i feel it has helped with dry eyes. Heats up fast, but also cools fast (not hot by 8/9 minutes). not enough beads for each eye pocket though.. i have to shift the mask around a bit and hold still to get the coverage i want.
