Not bad
Very accurate size and the paint job is pretty good too. The cord that it hangs on is very delicate though and could break or snap if tugged on hard enough so I would recommend replacing it with something sturdier. Also the little latch on the front of the box is stationary and does not move so when shutting the box you have to click it together hard to get it snap shut (and it's also kind of delicate, so be careful)

Very nice
I was not expecting much, all the bad reviews had me spooked. but I took a chance and to my surprise it's great!No it's not a working compass but as a costume prop. it's perfect,it is lightweight which is great if you have to carry it around for long periods of time and it just looks good.

Ya know, for a tot, its pretty close to the movie. Its a little thick, but, it will work. Ill retouch it and make it look worn and used.. but, not bad.

The media could not be loaded. In fact, this compass doesn’t point anywhere because it’s fake. Other reviewers are sure to note this, but I had slightly too high hopes expecting more than just cheap stickers plastered over what should’ve really been a $9 plastic-casing prop. It opens and closes, which is nice if you want to give off the touch of destiny effect. It’s a decent replica that could fool any Jack and pass off as a great costume accessory because of the gorgeously detailed antique touches, but upon very quick inspection there are several minor flaws. Made of cheap plastic of course, so it immediately takes a nice hit from cost effectiveness and quality. The string is some thin pleather piece with a plastic clasp for reattachment. Overall, 3.5/5 stars when you consider cost, quality, expectation, and usability.

Very cool - just like Jack's.
This Jack Sparrow compass is really great - looks just like Jack's on the outside. The compass is plastic but the overall look is very accurate - sort of textured to resemble leather and the entire unit is made to appear worn. I love it - and I'm not a kid. Just a major Jack Sparrow appreciator.

Perfect for the tiny Jack Sparrow in your life
My son was Jack Sparrow for Halloween, and he wanted ALL of the accessories. He watched one of the POTC movies almost every single day, and he holds this compass and pretends it is leading him to treasure hidden inside our house. It looks just like the one in the movie, and he honestly plays with it every day.
