Wow! This stuff is on a completely different level from the turmeric available at the supermarket. Wonderful color, taste and aroma. purchased to use in my own home made anti-inflammatory face, mask, cooking, morning tea and shakes.Really seems like a high-quality product. We use so much turmeric in our household, it's nice to have such a high-quality source. Turmeric help get rid of cold/flu-like symptoms, medicine as an anti-inflammatory agent to treat a wide variety of conditions. I have been taking turmeric power for pain relief, and this one is organic, which is better than the one I purchased at the Asian Market. It's also better priced, I will continue to purchase it.

If you are looking for an alternative to traditonal medicine , this is a great product to try. I ve been told about tumeric and its benefits years ago, and I must say now after years consuming it that is great. Powerful anti- inflammatory and antioxidant.I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and this helped me a lot with my pain. But please do not expect a miracle, this results may vary person to person. and when is taken regulary you can see and "feel" the results. Taste may not be the best but thats my personal taste. you can get use to the flavour easily. Be careful because tumeric causes hard to removed stains.

From what I have read/learned.Test 1: Dissolve/mix 1/2 tsp turmeric in 20ml of luke-warm H2O. Add a few drops of hydrochloric acid (vinegar & salt.)Did not change color to pink, purple or violet.Test 2: A medium glass of warm H20. Sprinkle a 1/2 tsp of turmeric on top. Wait 20-30 mins.Most trumeric on the bottom of the glass (is a good result.) Water a slight orange color (yellow/orange) with slight particulate suspended in the H20.Conclusion: Good quality turmeric with very slight particulate and no evidence of Metanil yellow or Kesaridal.When in doubt, always best to test!

I decided to purchase a big bag of turmeric since I know the health benefits and figured I should use it more often. This bag will last a lot longer than those little jars of the organic stuff at the store.But with big bags come big worries of the product being bland. Not the case with this. It is nice and potent and seems to be of pretty good quality. Goes well in all kinds of stuff - just be sure to add some fresh cracked pepper to allow for better nutrient absorption of the turmeric.

Turmeric is a powerful spice which I use daily so I wanted good quality. This product was a great bargain for a good quantity. I try to use at least 1/2 teaspoon twice a day and when I do I notice seriously less inflammation in my body. I'm an ironman triathlete and am very conscious how I fuel and what I put into my body.
