I got this reasonable priced magnetic fidget as a party favor for my 14-year-old grandson who has had many fidgets over the years to help with his ADHD. The set of rings is the black and red one, his favorite colors, and he was excited to open the package and immediately started to spin the rings. He typically puts them on his index, middle and ring fingers and spins and moves them around, but sometimes he just uses one ring alone. He finds manipulating the rings relaxing, using them up to a half hour at a time to help settle his brain. It’s nice that they are quiet, so he is able to use them while not disturbing others, which is especially important at school.
