I don’t use the cup holders. It’s is a great size as it fits the largest bags.

The bag lacks structural support, so heavier items stretch the bag downwards and the content inside inwards. There are also no dividers, the unfilled space of the bag can cause food to tip over while you drive. The cup holders are too loose, so the drinks slant and spill. Finally the zippers are horrible, it gets caught by the insulation lining.

I first bought one to do food delivery and it was great. Then we decided to open a food truck business and I started using the cooler to help transport food and the thing is amazing. I have been using the bag to the max packing it as full as I can and it gets supper heavy that I can’t even left it so I make my husband do it and if holds up like nothing.So I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE!!! It wonderful really.

First of all the quality, and the manufacture of this bag is outstanding, and I would definitely buy from this maker again (if this bag actually EVER wears out) . However, having said that there are a few frustrating functional design choices. We’re not in Pizza mode. The handle being at the top of the flap means that you are required to fuss with zipping bag up in order to use the handle, I would’ve much rather seen straps on the side, and had Velcro rather than zippers, this would be the bag of choice if you are trying to keep your food safe for an extended period of time, but for quantity delivery runs it’s a little bit of a hassle especially if you have multiple pick ups. The drink carriers are the main feature of this bag and they do their job, however, inexplicably they are offset from the bottom of the bag by about 2 inches meaning the drinks cannot sit flat and have a tendency to lean. I’ve had no problems fitting extra large pizzas from round table in this bag and it offers plenty of space for regular use. I just wish It didn’t have that zipper, but like I said, that’s definitely the set up you want if you will be keeping your order safe for a long period of time.

Works great as intended I just wish the bag was a little more stable when things are not entirely full. (i.e.) I can not use the cup holders if I do not have something equally heavy in the bag. Some orders are just not as heavy as the drinks and in return causes the bag to slouch over, while it won't spill the drinks entirely it doesn't exactly keep them upright either.9/10 - The creator is pretty cool and came up with the idea when he could not find a cup holder/insulated bag on the market.
