RSVPInternational Endurance Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls, 2 Quart

I am surprised by how small this 2 quart bowl is . It appears to be more like a one quartPerhaps I am thinking liquid oz (2 quarts) and it a 2 quart for dry ingredients? Not sure .It is just much smaller than all my 2 quart bowls . I am still going to give it as a gift because it is made well and can be used for mixing small amounts .

So many small bowls you find are short. People will use them as dog bowls etc. This RSVP is a great stainless bowl for cooking. It has a good height so ingredients will not spill over the sides. I have a similar bowl I bought from Williams Sonoma like 25 years ago that was made in Japan. This one is similar in size and functionality! Worth the $$.

Basically what I was looking for to use as a dough proofing bowl inside my 6qt Instant Pot (and for other pot-within-a-pot cooking experiments). Generally seems like a good buy...however, note that the inside is brushed steel and the outside is mirrored, contrary to the description. Also...for whatever reason, the seller chose to stick their label inside the bowl, leaving some annoying adhesive that you have to scrape off before using.

I got this bowl to make pot in pot (PiP) rice in my instant pot and I am very happy. The bowl fits in the 6qt IP perfectly and I can make up to three cups of rice at a time. I have also used this to beat eggs, as a dome for keeping things warm, and to rinse a few veggies at a time. It’s not huge, but it’s big enough. Also, I have a corningware lid that happens to fit it perfectly, so I also use it to store leftovers!

This bowl was a pleasant surprise. It's a sturdy gauge of stainless steel with nicely rounded edges and flattened bottom so it doesn't want to roll around. After a year of use it still hasn't scratched and is twice as sturdy as another stainless bowl I have that is the same size. I need to purchase another one because I never seem to have enough bowls.

Poor quality steel.

Quality bowl. Not mirrored inside the bowl which is what I wanted. (Of course those scratch and who wants to eat those particles). Deep for size too. Quick shipping and well packaged.

Very happy with this good quality and sturdy stainless steel bowl. You won’t be disappointed!
