Adequate bowl. User experience out of the box wasn't pleasant - cleaning was difficult. Why would a manufacturer insist on adding a label to the bowl with glue that requires acetone or barkeeper's friend to remove. Someone at RSVP isn't responsible for the entire manufacturing of these bowls, and doesn't seem to care about food safety. Machining of the inside of the bowl leaves a subtle ridged surface that discourages drip drying.

This is an OK bowl, medium weight. It the size I have issues with. My other 4 qt bowls are considerably bigger - maybe this one means 4 qts right to the top. Each manufacturer has a different interpretation I guess. Returning for the lack of head room.

Excellent size and quality. Even after going through the dishwasher, inside of bowl stays beautifully shiny. This thing is built to last.Here's my sad story about stainless steel bowls...I guess the year I got married, cheese boards and juicers were the hot wedding gifts. Stainless steel bowls seemed like a luxury I just could not afford myself, so I've gone 30 years "making do" with cheap bowls made of plastic or glass. My advice? Don't make do! Make sure! Make sure that you have a good-quality stainless steel bowl like this one, whether you're just starting out or you've wasted years on bowls of lesser distinction.And if you can only afford one stainless steel bowl, this size is perfect -- great for mixing small quantities, the right fit making tossed salad for five or six people.

Bought this because our standard poodle has a habit of scattering bits of food around. The height of this bowl has really helped with that.

Love this. Bought it for melting chocolate. Only con would be that the paper label stuck on the inside of the bowl wouldn’t come off, so it took some scrubbing to remove the glue-like residue. Great product so far!

The bowl looks great and I rather like the scrubbed/polished stainless steel look. It doesn't feel cheap also. My only word of caution is that you still need to be careful about putting to much pressure down on the center of the bottom. I hand kneed bread dough in it and pushed a little to hard and now it pops every once in awhile. It isn't hard to pop back though.So I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a aesthetically pleasing, thicker metal bowl to buy. It would look good in any kitchen and you don't run the risk of bending or warping it very easily.

I really like this bowl because it's such a great multipurpose item in my kitchen. I have a small kitchen and don't have much room for a ton of extras so it's important that everything has at least a couple of different uses. It's the perfect size for large salads, batter or cookie dough. I love how light it is, because even thought it's so large and holds a lot of food it's still easy to lift. The design isn't fancy, but in a pinch I've taken it to potlucks and picnics. It's easy to clean and just super useful - I'm really glad I got it!

Quality bowl. Not mirrored inside the bowl which is what I wanted. (Of course those scratch and who wants to eat those particles). Deep for size too. Quick shipping and well packaged.
