Four starts because I would like to have something that I will only have to take once a day and smaller caplets. But overall it’s really good and good for your budget. I started taking this a couple months ago and in 2 weeks I have noticed that I actually smell better. I feel like my ph balance is much better than before I started taking this. Dosage says to take 2 a day but sometimes I only take one because I forget and still works just fine.

I like how these work
I've been reading a lot about how probiotics can help with weight loss so I decided to add these to my daily regimen. After a few days, I noticed I wasn't eating as much as I usually do. Nothing drastic, just a little bit less. After a few weeks, Id noticed I had actually lost some weight. Again, nothing drastic. It was just a few pounds. I'm obviously thrilled and will keep this a regular part of my "getting in shape" plan :)

Great addition to any diet!
I decided to try this after using their Daily Support product for awhile. I'm in pretty good shape overall, but have really tried to clean up my diet lately. In addition, I thought it wouldn't hurt to use probiotics to help drop a few extra pounds. Since I already like and use this company's products, I bought 3 bottles and decided to give it a try for 3 months. I'm happy to report the results have been outstanding! So much so that I'm going to keep using them. I'm down about 5 1/2 pounds so far and feel better all around :)

These are great because you can take them once a day at any time. and they really do the job. I am loosing weight and these really help me feel lighter. I don't feel bloated at all..
