Zebco Roam 3SZ BLK 602M Spincast Combo 10LB Zebco Cajun Line

The rod and reel arrived damaged with missing parts. I waited until our trip to open the box because I didn't want our five year old messing around with it and breaking it... Now I'm past the return window. I do not recommend purchasing this. Upon opening the box the reel was in pieces and there was knotted fishing line everywhere. It wasn't protected with bubble wrap - or anything for that matter. Someone tossed it into a box and threw it into the back of a truck. I'm disappointed because we are at the lake with a surprise rod and reel that is unusable. I think I'm more disappointed than my child.

The rod and real is a handsome combo. The casting function is OK but occasionally stops in mid-flight near the end of the cast. This makes you miss your target ocassionally. My biggest complaint is there is a drag to the retrieval operation. It's not very smooth or quiet when cranking.

Think it is a nice product but received without upper section of fishing rod.

Loaded with line that broke 6 times loosing fish, hooks,hookeights, before we decided to restring with new line. It took 20 minutes just to get the bad string off. Kept breaking over and over. Lid pushes and twist, not screws on like other Zebco models. Won't purchase another.
