You have several choices (1) contact the seller and see if they can send you a replacement (2) if you know someone with a 3D printer they can make one or (3) buy a replacement part from a company called Janit. They sell on a website that specializes in handmade items - E T S Y

I used regular thickness. I don't think it would do well with very thick yarn.

I received mine on 1/2/21 - tracking said it was due between 1/6/21 and 1/20/21

Q: Can you use Bernat blanket yarn?

i wouldnt advise it. blanket yarn sheds and clogs up the needles.
