I really like the quality of this massage roller. Better than most I have bought in the past. It’s lovely and cold when you first use it. My only disappointment is I wish the roller “pinched” or grabbed the skin a little more as you rolled, as for me this feels better and I feel it’s more effective too in terms of overall massage and lymphatic drainage to have some grab and tension as it rolls. It doesn’t really do this. So while it’s a good roller- ergonomically it could be much better I think.
