Best Indian Clubs for the Money, and Shockingly Consistent
I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price, though I have bought several other Logest maces, as well as competitor products and have always been pleased. Obviously, this comes with a qualifier on price and this isn't a high cost set, so factor that in as well. However, it's a perfect set for learning Indian Club and probably even more so if you'd like to expand into other maces and/or clubs. I was looking at these in the context of trading them out later for wooden ones, but my impression now is that there would be no reason to do so for functional purposes. Both of each set of clubs came in at acceptable weights:1# club is 483g vs 454g in a pound. Both clubs the same.2# club is 945g vs 907g in 2 pounds. Both clubs the same.3# club is 1398g vs 1360g in 3 pounds. There was a 2g differential between the 2 clubs. The above is pretty amazing, given that these are composite materials. All are just barely heavier than the stated weight, but more amazing is that both of each size are the same, essentially down to the gram. The material is a very solid plastic material that shouldn't degrade over time. With the exception of the handle, the club is a slight tactile feel to it to avoid slippage, and each is comfortable to hold in my medium size male hand. The smaller club is easy for my wife to hold with her very small female hand. This means you could easily hold onto it with cold or wet/sweaty hands with no issues. Essentially, it feels and kind of looks like a very slightly textured iron mace that has been powder coated. The handle portion is much smaller and has less grip to it, feeling smooth but not slippery. It has about the same feel to it that a piece of varnished wood would have. This is idea because you have to manipulate the club and your main point of anti-slip is going to be the perfect size knob at the end.Overall, I have no issues with these for performance, consistency or maintenance, particularly at this price point. It's a great value for the money and will keep me watching Logest products.Only for the purposes of affirming that no product is absolutely perfect, I would say there are two things that someone could find less than desirable:1] The flat ends really don't work well for standing these things up on a hard surface and they will fall. The 1# won't stand up at all, the 2# will stand up until someone walks by or a squirrel in a tree outside sneezes, and the 3# will stand up but you wouldn't want to depend on that with a sleeping baby in the room. Not unexpected or really even annoying to me, but just full disclosure.2] Slightly more annoying to me is that the weight of each is very lightly stamped into the side of each club, but unreadable short of standing under a very bright light. Now this isn't a problem for the 1#, as they are very distinguishable skinny little things that aren't much different in the club end than they are in the handle. However, it takes a very fine eye to see the difference between the 2# and the 3#, especially if they aren't standing next to each other or don't have your readers on. What would be cool in the next iteration of the mold is if they made a really big 2 or 3 or somehow otherwise distinguished the two sizes in a more visible way. Just my two cents and not worth more than a 1/10 of a point in a review in my humble opinion.

wonderful therapeutic tool for shoulders
These are absolutely perfect for restoring strength to my shoulders after a vaccine-related rotator cuff and shoulder injury. The self-help YouTube clips show exercises that may have worked for the uploaders, but for me, the exercises didn't hit the sweet spot of my injury. Weights seemed either too heavy and taxing on the shoulder or too light to have any benefit. These give me the low-weight resistance and meaningful pendulum stretch that gives my shoulders a gentle workout without pain, with movements that feel restorative.Seriously, why haven't Indian clubs been marketed more for rotator cuff injuries and SIRVA? It has been an absolute game changer for me.There are many different makers of these clubs. These were my first pair, so I don't have a representative sample for comparison. I can say that these are absolutely solid. They are weighted, and the heavy portion is firmly enclosed by the plastic. The handles are smooth, without any pieces protruding from the mold seams. Fabrication and QC are buttoned down. These appear longer than many of the competitors' one-pound clubs. I feel the longer length is conducive to deeper pendular swinging movements, allowing for greater extension. So, definitely a plus.Even as I consider heavier clubs for strength training, I feel these light one-pounders will keep their unique utility in restoring strength and mobility in my shoulders. One of my best new purchases of 2024 thus far.

Great Training Tool!
I was looking for a heavier set of clubs and these are an excellent choice. They're sturdy and very well balanced. I love being able to switch back and forth between these four pound clubs and the one pound and two pound clubs I've been using for years.

Very well made
These are very well made. I know the warning is to not get too heavy, especially if you are learning to get patterns. If you are looking to do more free form, then maybe stepping up to the 2 or 3 lb would have been better. I have a similar 10lb one it it does get heavy if you are trying to learn repeatable patterns. Overall the product is great and is exactly what I wanted from the club. The grip material keeps it slipping from your hand.

Very Good Product
I am an avid kettlebell, heavy club and indian club user. I use these tools and bodyweight exercises to make up my workouts every week. I have some very nice wooden 2 lbs. indian clubs that I regularly use to warm up and wanted to added heavier indian clubs to my warm up routine so I ordered these for cost effectiveness. They came well packaged and were not damaged from shipment. The first I noticed when opening the package was that these clubs were shorter than I anticipated, for some reason I was thinking longer and leaner shape to them. I also notice that the plastic seem from the manufacturing process was still raised and did hurt but did not feel good in the hand. I promptly scraped down the seem with my pocket knife and used 3000 grit sand paper to further smooth the seem out. Now the handles feel good in my hand. I feel that this company could have done this from the factory. I also did notice any offgassing or other chemical smell with these clubs. Now working out with these is quite a different feel than using a Clubbell the weight is significantly more towards the barrel than the handle making these more of a challenge. I like this feature and find that the added weight actually helps ensure proper form otherwise I get the feedback in instability in my wrist and hand. I find that these clubs do provide a very nice and manageable step up from my wooden 2 lbs clubs with out breaking the bank like 4 lbs wood clubs would.I took one star away for having to clean them up and the seller not having an accurate picture of these clubs up when I purchased them. Other than that I am happy with this purchase.
