Fun item, but first one broke after a few days, replacement has lasted longer

An entertaining, fun toy but not for the very young. Bought for our 3 yr old Grandson who loved it but couldn't control it. Gave 4 stars as the cage can split if it crashes into hard objects. Ideally suited to open areas. Also the on/off button & charging port are fiddly to use.

When I ordered this for my boy I didn't know what to expect, but it surprisingly brilliant once you get used to how to control it. It's great indoors and outside as long as its to windy. It really does hover above your hand and when you let it go if you lightly push it in a direction we found that it gently glides down to the ground or you can catch it but because of how its made its not easily breakable. You get around 10 mins to a full charge but it charges within 30 mins via a usb plug from a normal phone charger.

Great little item for keeping the children amused..They soon picked up the boomerang move..Even better in the dark with all the lights more visible Anything that gets them away from the Tv or screens is fine by me. .

Not bad little thing but only seems to have one function which is the boomerang type flying. Literally throw it straight up or sideways and it jusy flys off on a tangent and spends more time going nuts on the floor. You have to perfectly throw the ball at a slight angle away from you to get any sort of the 'boomerang' effect to catch it. Bought for my 5 year old who very quickly got bored of it as was quite difficult for him to get the perfect throwing angle. Saying this though he does get alot if enjoyment watching it run amok across the living room floor and my dog goes mental at it, jst not what i first had in mind as a 'flying' drone for him and tbh not really well advertising in my opinion as to its true function and pictures do not display what it does on reflection

It is fun

Bought this as a birthday gift for a nephew (7yo), the ball doesn't float as claimed, instead, it's return to earth is about half normal speed, this may be proven to be that gravity is stronger where he lives but I'm pretty sure it's the simply that the ball doesn't float, it did provide about 30 mins of runtime on a full charge which isn't bad, the sad part is that the performance changed and the ball became more erratic after 20 mins when we noticed the frame had broken/split on the bottom where the fan attaches, we managed to glue it back in place but for that price I'd expect better durability, £10-£15 would be a fairer price band for this toy, sadly I can not recommend this purchase.
