Not very functional.....
Not very functional as the razor keeps sliding offThe razor tends to slide off as I try to score my baguette dough. At each stroke, I feel nervous it'll come off and fly. Very disappointing.

Poor workmanship
I couldn't make good cuts due to not being able to get precise control of the blade. There was a lot drag in my cuts. Installation was also dangerous.

Not happy with faulty design and safety concerns
Item is faulty by design. The razor slipped off when I was scoring my bread and did not hold in place. Also, I’m a little concern after seeing this was made in China with the safety of the wood touching my dough.
