I bought this non-stick pan about 5 months ago. Having gone through several non-stick pans previously (the ones with the non-stick coating), my expectations weren’t too high with this most recent pan.It’s been about 5 months and this pan has beyond exceeded my expectations. Unlike the pans with the coating that wears off over time, this pan has stayed completely non-stick! I can heat this pan on high-heat with zero degradation. With my past pans, high heat used to destroy the coating.I cook eggs on this pan frequently, and I could literally wipe it down with a paper towel when I’m finished. So lucky to have found this pan, would highly recommend!

Great little pan! Purchased this four months ago to replace my old, beat up nonstick pan. I use it on a daily basis to make my eggs for breakfast. I use no metal utensils on it and hand wash it. It still looks brand new. It is super nonstick and so easy to clean. I like it so much I just purchased a bigger one to replace my second old nonstick pan. I know nonstick is never going to be a “buy it for life” pan, but this one is great and feels like it will last a good long while.

I’ve had this for a couple of years and it’s great. I only use it for eggs, only use wood and rubber utensils, and never put it through the dishwasher. I just wipe it out with water and vinegar with a paper towel after use. There’s no reason to spend more on a nonstick pan because if you don’t use them correctly they will all have issues eventually. I love this egg pan.

I have purchased several Carote pans. These are very very good quality and last a long time. I had one that lasted about five years but needed replacement due to someone scraping it up with a metal tool. The pans also look nice in the kitchen and are a huge upgrade from typical nonstick pans you might find in stores. Worth it.

My early experience with this pan is overall positive - - with a couple minor negatives.Positive:> the pan is light and easy to handle> the build is solid including a traditional handle that is attached via an easy to access screw to tighten if needed 2-3 years down the road.> the pan (when newish and well maintained) is attractive. The handle is simulated wood and looks good.> the surface ceramic coating has not visible defects or inclusions. The non-stick is an 8 on a 10 point scale. If the food doesn't contain natural oils/fat, then a little butter or standard cooking oil is recommended.Negatives:> the pan cooks food quicker than a comparable not-stick top line product such as All-Clad. So, on my electric glass top range, I would cook a thin boneless chop at a 3 setting (out of 10), instead of the 4 setting I use on my All-Clad pans. Food will burn much faster than if using All-Clad (even at the lower setting of 3).> after about a dozen uses, the pan will show the wear via normal discoloration for a ceramic "white" pan. It becomes a white-yellow and that increases steadily. the cooking is not affected by the discoloration -so not a big deal to me. If you think it might be an issue, don't buy a white pan - - go for dark shade or standard dark greyish.

This pan is awesome I use it every day and it still looks and works like new I like that the nonstick granite coating is on the outside of the pan also very easy to keep clean lm looking to replace all my pans with this brand

I had a chance to use one of these in an AirBNB and was very impressed. Ordered one as soon as I got home and have used it almost daily for months. The granite coating is holding up well, the lid fits perfectly and the handle is sturdy and has no wiggle.Don't spend more on pricey pans; get this one!

I bought this for eggs. I like perfect, easy over eggs. This is the pan to do it! I bought one of those snow clad pans but is too aggressive, eggs stick. It destroyed the eggs but I kept it for burgers and other things.
