Very helpful in gripping the pick!
I use Cool picks, the white and the black. The black are more quiet on the strings, but the grip part peels off pretty quickly. the white picks are ok. they are more sandpapery. These grips fix up ALL my picks that are slick. They aren't too thick for me. I only use them on the thumb side, and it gives me all the control I need, after just a very little bit of getting used to. There's a billion of them, it seems, in the package so this ought ot last forever. Glad I got 'em.addendum: I also have been using them on both sides. they help me with control for sure. your mileage may vary, but you can always gift them to another picker!

Perfect thickness - need to add adhesive
I usually use Monster Grip pick grips but they're out of stock everywhere so I bought these (Big Deer) along with Birllaid and LivinWell grips to try all three. Only Big Deer are as thin and comfortable as Monster brand, while the other two are too thick and in LivinWell's case, just too damn big - they need to be trimmed to avoid rubbing against the guitar strings. The only downside to Big Deer grips is they haven't got a sticky adhesive backing like other brands; I don't know why. Without sticky adhesion, a pick grip is useless to me because I use Dunlop Tortex picks to strum with. The Dunlop logo is inscribed deep into the pick which creates an unsmooth surface that won't allow Big Deer to stay on via friction. However, super glue fixes all that! I just spread a drop around the area where the grip goes and voila! A permanent fix, which works great!

Perfect grips. I added superglue though.
Great non-slip thin pads (BigDeer Ultra-thin 0.6mm), wish I'd found these years ago. To combat the adhesion problem: as others have suggested, I *carefully* stick the grips on with a tiny *tiny* amount of superglue (CAUTION: adding the superglue might discolor some picks and/or make the pick's ink run if your pick has a logo or lettering on it - any resulting discoloration will be visible through the clear silicone grips). I used tweezers to position the grips onto the picks, because I'm clumsy and I was afraid otherwise I'd glue my fingers together lol. And I let my picks 'dry' for a few days before using them, until the superglue smell finally went away (maybe more of a problem with the grossly-too-high humidity in my region, everything takes forever to dry), anyway the silicon blocks air-flow and dramatically slows down the rate at which the superglue dries so figured it best to wait a while before using the picks. Aside from these minor (temporary) nuisances, I'm super happy with these non-slip grips. I use them on both sides of each pick. Solves any and all pick slippage problems so I can concentrate on playing the notes instead of being distracted by having to do micro-adjustments on the pick position all the time.

Do not buy these if you expect them to adhere to your picks
If it was possible to give them no stars, I would. I purchased these after a search brought them up on the first Amazon search page. I couldn’t find the Monster Grips that I previously ordered, so I bought these, thinking that they were the same product made by a different manufacturer. Big mistake. They don’t stick to the picks! Which makes them about as useful as a flat spare tire. Too late to return them, so I will have to eat the cost. And I will try to find the original Monster Grips-which work just the way they are supposed to.

Awesome solution for dry finger tips
My finger tips are extremely dry, split and bleed regularly. Holding a plain pick usually ends up inside my guitar or somewhere on the floor. These are the perfect solution. one on each side of a pick and it stays where it's supposed to. Highly recommended.

I've been placing 2 of these on every pick I play with. Solves the problems of easily holding onto a picks

Just Okay
Used these at a gig, lasted for about an hour then just started falling off and wouldn’t stay in place after they came off. They need to just add a heavier and permanent adhesive to the application side of these so they stay in place permanently. Who really cares about readjusting them…just put them in the right place on the pick from the beginning…that’s not rocket science. Really can’t recommend until they fix that aspect of this grip pad.
