Easy to install. It came with more than enough self tapping screws, and the nut driver to match. Took less than 15 minutes. Sturdy, easily adjustable. Everything I wanted and expected.

I bought this liking the design and knew it would really help stepping into the bed of our truck since it sits so high off the ground. Unfortunately I didn't think at the time of ordering all the electronics in our tailgate and having to bolt the ladder into the tailgate. I gave it a 4 star only because I returned it being afraid it'd interfere with the electronics in the tailgate, otherwise I'd give it a 5 star.

I needed this!! It was fairly easy to install..the install plates were slightly bent but straightened out when screwed down. The ladder itself was easy to adjust, the steps were a good size, metal sturdy. I wish the locking mechanism was flush with the ladder. I’d recommend it.

Great ladder, easy to assemble and secure! Says it’s rated to 600#, we’ll let me tell you that I’m a large 6’6” man weighing 420#, and carrying a 120#(540# combined) and it is sturdy enough that I feel VERY STABLE ON!! Freakin great!! Only downside is the securement latch is in way being securely mounted to center of tailgate as it is🤔

I bought this ladder because it is getting more difficult to get into the truck bed to access tools and other items. I chose this one because it was rated at 600 lb. capacity and the others were of lower weight ratings. I found this ladder to be heavy duty, well constructed and fit nicely onto the tail gate as advertised. it does make the tail gate heavier to raise and lower, but not dangerously so. The tail gate will drop open quickly from the added weight if you don't lower it carefully. the only problem i had was the plastic tips on the ends of the ladder that contact the ground tore immediately, so I replaced them with 1" heavy duty rubber caps from the hardware store. This ladder is more expensive than some that are rated for less weight, but is is a very good value since it is heavier and safer to use. Worth the extra money, for sure.
