Great tank for the price
I had the tank now for 4 months. It works as it should. No issues. Fish seem happy. Filter system is quite. I would recommend this tank set up.

Nice tank kit. Her are some tips about stuff you’ll need with it
Good value. I bought the 20gallon. I couldn’t find which size filter pads to buy. Turns out with this kit u need the mediums. Go ahead and order some when u buy the kit. You will go thru them fairly quickly for a few weeks while your tank cycles. A lot of silicone showing but not at all distracting. Pump is quiet and fairly efficient. I am also using the Aqueon 15 for the current it produces and my two 5 1/2”orandas are poopers and ammonia over producers. Get yourself some “safe” from sea chem labs, while you’re at it to lock up the ammonia and nitrites in nontoxic form while the tank cycles. They don’t make a big enough deal out of telling u not to clean your bio filter pad. If you must rinse it ever in the full history of this tank or any other, only agitate gently in tank water and do not use any soaps or tap water. You’ll want some beneficial bacteria to help your tank cycle too. I like the powder and the “aqua Meds ‘Aqua medZYme’ DC or aquascape beneficial bacteria are both good choices. If u buy the pond stuff you’ll get a lot of bang for your buck. You may want a small scale that will allow u to weigh out grams for these powders. You will also need a water test kit and some rocks for the bottom. I used high fire pottery that I made myself for decoration, but you might want to invest in a piece or two for aesthetics and a place for smaller fish to hide. You can’t beat repashy for quality fish food. Easy to make and so good for your aquatic friends. Get a few fake plants and a seaweed clip while you’re at since most fish are omnivores. Oh, and invest in one of those little suction cup thermometers. The one that came with this setup was unreadable. I probably just got a bad one, but thermometers are cheap. You may want a stand that is made for a 20 gallon tank. I bought one from petco and it was cheap and easy to put together. Have fun.

Good value for the price!
Two design issues that can be easily solved.Pros:-Good seal on sides, should not be any leaks.-Filter flow is good.-Lights are bright.-Cutouts on the back for accessories and food.-Came with more food and water conditioner than pictured.-Filter pad allows more area for beneficial bacteria to grow.Cons:-Filter media restricts flow too much to the point where water can bypass media.(I suggest buying a third party filter media that's thinner, however, this isn't a huge concern If you vacuum and do weekly water changes, it's not that hard.)-Lights are NOT waterproofed so aeration bubbles (bubbles that come up from an aeration system and pop at the surface comes high enough to reach the lights), and evaporation (given that your water is above around 80 degrees F.)-Heater is preset to around 76-77. Not adjustable.-To clearly see the thermometer you'll need a flashlight (Not a big deal, phones work). The lights need to be waterproofed, you could solve this by raising the lid above the actual tank. Don't bother with replacing filters, they want you to buy filters to make money, again, frequent water changes, rinsing the filter media that came with it, and vacuuming at least once every other week will suffice.

Good initial set up, but filter broke
So, first issue is the filter broke after five days of setting up the tank right after I got everything cycled (fast tracked with API Quick Start) and already bought my betta. I opted to put the betta in the fish tank anyway since an unfiltered but already cycled and roomy fish tank would be better than the cup I was trying to rescue it from. This isn't too big of a deal to me since my plan was already to get a sponge filter set up. I just got this tank kit to get me started. I am technically a beginner but my mom was a fish tank enthusiast for some time so I know some ins and outs. If you are a true beginner and planning on depending on this kit, I would be careful with the purchase. I may have just gotten a bad filter; the other reviews kind of hint that may be the case. Either way, the filter breaking just fast tracked my timeline to building my "dream fish tank."Another small issue is the suction cup for the heater doesn't work (you can see it floating in the back right corner). And, it is not adjustable so look to get fish that like the 75F-79F range (as shown on my thermometers). Bettas are okay in this temp, although it is a little high and I am eyeing a better heater anyway. So, again this is not too much of an issue for my situation.Ten gallons is perfect for beginners as long as they do their research and don't overstock the tank or mix incompatible species, so that is a plus and the tank itself seems to be great. The hood and lighting are perfect. for beginners. The hood looks stylish and the lights are a good brightness (with the filter running they have a ripple effect of actual sunlight on a sea/lake bed). The cord for the lights have a switch to turn them on and off and its places on a spot on the cord that should make it accessible with most set ups. I do plan to get a clear hood and one of those lights that have the night/day led lights just because that is my preference for now, but I will be saving this hood for either another fish tank or if I decided to swap back and fourth. All the other little things that came with the fish tank are good. Used the water conditioner and it works just fine. There are some coupons for fish food and supplies. It also came with sample fish flakes; I just used those to help jumpstart my nitrogen cycle, but I will be feeding my betta a variety of pellets, freeze dried, frozen, and live food so they weren't needed beyond initial set up.

Cool!!!! ☺️
The media could not be loaded. El producto es de calidad, elegante y excelente para un departamento mediano, finalmente lo voy a hacer, lo recomiendo para principiantes pues cuenta con todo lo necesario para no batallar mucho en tu primer acuario más al rato le pondre sus pecesitos.

So far so good---take back half of the review
The media could not be loaded. Came with everything that said it was coming with, easy to set up, I purchased extra filters as well, but I'm not too sure the heater is actually working though I'm going to keep a close eye on that, I ordered more decorations, my cichlid became accustomed to his new surroundings very easy, definitely worth the price for everything you do get--------UPDATE to this I haven't fully completed paying for this yet and it is about 2 months in and half of my lights have already burnt out so although you do get a lot of stuff for the tank be advised that the lights do burn out within the first few months of having it, this does not make me happy for the price that I paid

The filter stopped working after 5 months
Definitely not acceptable for a fish tank kit where the filter just suddenly stopped working after only 5 months. Have to find an emergency solution for my fish and shimps in the tank before the replacement filter comes. Not recommending buying from Aqueon.

HERMOSO!
