This is a truly remarkable, excellent product.I have spent my entire life traveling the world, sometimes going to as many as 50 countries in a year for business.Yes, I travel economy class, most of the time.For the past 10 years, I've used neck pillows that fasten around the front of your neck to eliminate "head bobbing," where your head drops when you sleep, startling and awakening you. They were pretty good, but this product beats them by a long shot.I bought this inflatable pillow after reading reviews on several similar items.I've now tried it on three overseas flights: Two from Seattle to Europe and back, and one from Seattle to Hong Kong and back.It changed the way I sleep on planes. I wasn't sure about the leaning forward method, but it totally worked for me. I've been able to sleep for six to eight hours on flights with this pillow; I occasionally will lean back for a short while, but the vast majority of time I'm leaning into the pillow and sleeping soundly.I used to get window seats so I could lean against the body of the plane, but that's no longer necessary with this pillow. I even used it in a middle seat without any problems and slept soundly.It releases air quickly when you put it away, and compresses into its case without any problems, easily fitting into my briefcase. It's quick to inflate with the valve, also.One of the complaints about it was the smell. Yes, when I first got it, it had that "swimming pool toy" plastic odor, so I inflated it and let it sit on my living room coffee table for a week. After that, no more smell!It's nice to have the holes for your hands on each side, that's way more comfortable than leaning my arms on the too-hard airplane seat armrests.I do wear a sleep mask with it, otherwise it will let some ambient light inside. But the face hole is comfortable and you can even turn your head sideways against it if you want to.I've now recommended this product to several friends who fly overseas frequently, and they all love it. One friend had to buy a second one because her brother took hers and wouldn't give it back (!).This is a great invention and has improved my sleep on long-haul flights considerably. It wasn't expensive, and I recommend it highly to anyone who wants to improve their sleep on long trips.

Bought for a long haul 14 Hr Flight . Was over the neck cushion.When you first get it open and inflate for a good few days as the plastic smell is not pleasant. Easy to inflateI am 5'10" female and I found it a bit short . But put my Neck cushion under it on the tray table with it resting on top and it was better. The plastic smell was still evident but the increased comfort was worth it. (If there is comfort in economy on a 14 hr flight)I will use it again . Unfortunalty will have to take the dreaded neck cushion to get it tall enough.But for $22 did what it was designed to do. Just wish they would make one that is taller.. seems to be a problem with most of these .

I'm one of those people who unfortunately cannot sleep on planes. No matter how tired, I canNOT get comfortable in that awkward upright position. I was once able to sleep for small intervals by putting my head on the tray table, but that was pretty uncomfortable as my head was squished against the seat in front of me. When looking for travel pillows last minute that I hadn't yet tried (and Ive tried a looot of the popular ones), I came across this one before a long international flight and decided it was worth a try, I HAD to get sleep on these long flights. I'm so glad I got it in time (Thank you Prime fast delivery!!) and got to have it with me traveling through 3 different countries. This pillow let me fall sleep in the bent forward position that was a little more natural and comfortable for me, without any head nods or rolling that would jerk me awake. It even has holes for your arms to go through so they don't fall off the tray. Inflating this was super quick and easy to my relief, I hate lugging around big bulky pillows so definitely inflated/ deflated it in between flights which took literally 25 seconds. The inflatable nozzle is actually one of my favorite features-It's a really large inflatable opening that doesn't let air escape in between breaths vs. those tiny ones that are difficult to get to work. Plus, I like that the design kind of offers some privacy and no one can see your airplane "nap" face lol

I purchased 2 of these as gifts for my precious family members that are about to do a flight to the other side of the earth -- One is 80 years old ---They have spoken to me of the great value and comfort of this item ~ They have practiced with the pillows -& Believe this will help enable them to even comfortably sleep ..Also -easy to inflate-easy to deflate ! Really happy with the quality - & YES we do Highly recommend...

Great product Especially when you have the middle Seat and you are traveling alone. I found it helpful if I flipped it upside down because of my chest size (being a female).Also if you deflate it a little it makes it more manageable but great product overall I enjoyed my rest on the plane.

Have not used it on the plane yet.. blew it up at home to test it. You’ll probably get a headache from it reeking of plastic. The hole area for your head is kind of small and surrounded by sharp plastic. It did blow up super easy with like 5 blows.

Easy to inflated and deflate. Helped to make some long flights more comfortable.

I slept for 2 hours peacefully on a 3 hour early morning flight. So comfortable and no back pain. Super fast to inflate and deflate. Great product and I would buy as gifts.

It says eye mask and ear plugs are included but that's not the case. I exchanged the product and accessories were missing in the second delivery too.

Quality is good. Can't wait to try it.
