Only tried it out on purchase and didn’t want to give it away ! Lovely product and I am sure it will give hours of enjoyment. I like the fact it has a radio built in and you can also load your own music as not everyone has a Bluetooth device. The light show is very bright and shows on my ceiling which is pretty high

Really pleased with this speaker for my child’s bedroom, bought for his 7th birthday. He spent ages with his cousin trying all the different party game modes like Simon Says and Musical Statues and Dancing Challenge. The different light modes from peaceful to disco illuminate the ceiling really well. To get the most out of the speaker I have also purchased a 32gb micro SD card to go inside it which I have filled with songs and audiobook bedtime stories suitable for him. Tip: The maximum card size any Vtec toy can read is 32gb. I have also purchased a mains plug to power the device rather than use up loads of batteries. I would have given this 5 stars in Vtec had just supplied a mains plug with it. As it is, it has a hole for an adapter at the botton at the back. You will need a 6v plug with a positive insert 3.5/1.3mm pin (the sort with an empty hole when you look down the pin). I found this hard to find so bought one of these fancy plugs on amazon where you turn a little dial on a plug to get the correct 6 volts power and it came with 8 different heads. It works really well. Tip: Make sure if you plug your speaker into the mains that you remove the four factory batteries first to prevent over heating. All in all, buying the micro SD card and a mains plug added another £20 outlay on this gift but I think it will be well loved and used most days.

Brilliant product that has kept my kids entertained for ages. My 5 year old brings it to creche and they all play games on toy share friday. My 2 year old twins love the music and then lights too. Volume doesn't go very loud but it's for little ears so not bothered by that. Would recommend

My 5 year old absolutely loves this. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely well loved. We bought a mains plug in separately so we didn’t need to rely on batteries and also bought an SD card to put music and audio books on so my daughter doesn’t need to rely on Bluetooth from our devices. She takes it all over the house and is constantly playing music, dancing around with the disco lights, listening to stories, playing games. I would say it’s not loud enough to suffice for a speaker at a children’s party but it is great around the house.

My 7 year old loves it! Struggling to get blue tooth to work from our iPad, but maybe an issue with the iPad?! Great value for money and hours of fun with it already. Highly recommend

Got this for my daughter’s 4th birthday! And it didn’t disappoint, the speaker is load ad clear, the disco light on top is super too, we now have many disco’s brilliant and would Defo recommend

Overall this product is pretty good. The lights are great and the sound quality is decent and it’s loud enough without being too loud. The only thing that I thought was a shame is that you can’t have to radio on and the disco type lights on at the same time. My only issue is that I’ve had it for less than a year and it keeps randomly turning off.. pretty annoying.

Daughter was made up. Sound quality (to an adult) probably has some making up to do but for the age it is intended for its completely adequate. Plenty of features to play music from other devices and built in games for entertainment. Not to forget the light show for a mini disco (annoying) but the kids love it! Worthy gift.

De manière générale, un produit super sympa que mon fils emmène à toutes les soirées pyjama. Cependant, ne comptez pas dessus pour l'utiliser comme horloge ou réveil, l'horloge perd 1h toutes les 24h!Pour le reste, même avis que les autres utilisateurs: utilise beaucoup de piles donc mieux vaut acheter un bloc d'alimentation avec, et tout en anglais.

Très bonne article mais il manque l'alimentation au courant pour une utilisation sereine
