Soxsoles inserts have become my favorite product for foot comfort and protecting the interior of all my shoes. I've been using them for over a year in various shoe styles and continue to purchase more in order to prevent having to move them from shoe to shoe. I like how they work in sandles, keeping the footbeds looking new, but I also use them as liners in shoes I wear with socks. I wash them in a laundry bag for delicates and hang to dry. They adhear like new after washing. I've not had any problems with them bunching or moving around inside my footwear even though other reviewers mention this as an issue. Mine stay where I place them, even in hiking boots on long walks. Most of my shoes/boots have removable footbeds that make it really easy to align the Soxsoles onto them, trim if needed, and reinsert. Otherwise, I fold and roll the Soxsoles, place into the shoe and unroll. They are not expensive because they last so long, renew with washing, and out perform all other products I've tried over many years. I have narrow hard to fit feet and often have to spend much more than I would like in order to get comfortable well fitting footwear. Soxsoles helps extend the life of expensive footwear and for that I am grateful.

I'm using these in "water shoes" (not actually in the water), to replace the stiffer polyester insoles that came with them. These are perfect. I did need to trim a little off the toes to make them lie flat, despite both shoes and soles being European size 39 - but they trim easily. I'd have preferred wide-cut (which comes only in wool, apparently), but the width is good enough. They don't stick to the bottom very much (it's cloth over rubber), which doesn't bother me - they don't shift while I'm wearing them and I just need to be aware when I'm putting the shoes on. Ok, maybe not _perfect_ - but close enough. 4.75 stars. I haven't washed them yet but am delighted that I can.

I bought the cotton insoles because I like the wool ones so much. They are cooler for summer, and very soft, but they do not stay in place in my shoes as well, needing to be repositioned often. Both the cotton and wool insoles prevent foot odor, wash great, and are very comfortable for me. But I like the wool ones best.

These inserts are super...! I bought a pair in August and they arrived quickly - I tried them out immediately. I was, to be sure, a bit dubious because I've been trying out inserts all year, going from one brand name to another without notable success. This time, I was very pleased. The inserts fit nicely in my flats, which I generally wear without socks. In 4-5 days, they began to slip a bit, something the directions that come with the inserts mentioned would happen if the shoes had dirt in them (and they did). I took the inserts out of the shoes and laundered them with a load of jeans and tees, then tossed them cheerfully into the dryer. They held up splendidly! I am very happy with these inserts...so much so, that I bought a second pair last week to wear when the first set is in the laundry. I am so pleased with them, that I am buying more for myself (another pair of flats) and family members who have the same habit of wearing flats without socks. And...just as advertised, the inserts do clean up the insides of the shoes, grabbing onto bits of dirt, leaves, and what not from bare feet...my flats are cleaner than they've been since they were new...and...no odor. Run...don't amble...to buy the SoxsolS anti-slip cotton inserts: if you go barefoot in flats, you'll be glad you have these lovely shoe-enhancers!

It was quite a struggle to get these to lay just right inside my dress boots. but I was happy with them once I got them in. Next problem came when I actually put the boots on and took a few steps. In the toe area, they moved around and got a fold under my toes that then hurt to walk on. They are nice and soft, and kept my feet warm, as long as I just sit in a chair and DO NOT walk anywhere... sigh. So they are getting returned.

I am using these in my favorite pair of sandals. I get sweaty feet if it is hot, and especially if it is humid. My sandals are very comfortable, but they are made of a synthetic material inside. The inserts are quite easy to use. I trimmed them to fit and just stuck them in the sandals. Have worn them for several hours at time, walking around a lot, and they stayed in place in my sandals. I have not yet had to wash them, as I bought more than one pair. I have transfered them from one pair of sandals to another and they stuck well.If your shoes are tight you may have a bit of a problem, as they are a little thick. Not thick so much as they could not be thinner and still functional. But because they are cotton, and there are not other ones, that I found anyway, that would be comfortable, and stay in sandals, they seem the best to get. Give them a try!

I was excited to get these that they are cotton for sensitiv feet and sticky removable backing so I could use in many sandals r shoes. I ordered my usual size 9 But the shape was not cut to slant towards the big toe to cover that area of a sandal or casual shoe and not wide enough overall at the toe end of eihter type of shoe. I ordered the next size 10 and discovered that it was the same exact size as the 9--so that did not help. Currently there are no more size 10s offered for sale. I also don't see wides offered or men's sizes at this time. They take up too much room in dress shoes for my feet, so I will wear peds with those. I will have to return them as they won't be useful for me. I will be awaiting to come in stock and will cut to fit my shoes. I would have given a higher score for quality, but since I can't wear them, I have to give a low score.
