Don't go for this it's waste of money.

Product is very good when we go to party, office, marketing, it gives strength to our mind. Feeling like I am fit. No doubt my friends use it.

The product is suitable for moderate build people , not recommended for too much obeys one, quality of fabric is quite good and I am satisfied with this product.

Good product but not effective for purpose

This is one of the best offerings for compression gym vest at this price range. While I would've preferred a size 48, the size 46 works fine too. The quality is decent for the price.I believe one must manage their expectations before wearing such a vest. If you imagine this to magically compress your belly fat such that you appear much slimmer, you'd be sorely disappointed. This works well as a compression vest, typically aiding muscle stimulation while doing weight training. It also increases sweat production at the belly, which while does not directly translate to live fat burning, does help in eventual toning if done regularly.Do be aware of any velcro belt you might wear on top of this, as this material is prone to relatively easy tearing due to the same. Follow the wash instructions (low temp, no ironing) to let the elastic last longer.

Useless

Not upto the mark. It doesn't serve any purpose. It can be used as innerwear and still the belly is popping out which out any contraction. It cannot be used in the summer season.
