So far I have used this tent material tarp for rain cover off of an existing awning, an emergency tarp for my motorcycle, and ground cover for a picnic.Folding is an easy one person job. The closure string for the bag is really weak and I imagine i'll replace with some paracord. For the price, this is a solid multipurpose tarp. It lives in my camping truck drawers and I have already reached for it while camping, hiking, and picnics! It is extremely light weight and the stake points at the corners are kind of pathetically weak. This might matter more to others. After rain, it dries super quickly.I will say - it's definitely great, but aesthetically, you're not going to win any instagram awards.

Tarp is stained in a couple places, so it seems Amazon/seller shipped me a used/returned product. Otherwise, the product seems nice for the price, and the size seems right for a 6 person tent footprint. The stake loops are small (don'textend far out), don't feel sturdy and will likely not last long. I have not yet tested how water resistant the tarp is.

We have a 6 person tent, so there aren't a ton of options for the getting the correct size to be used as a tent footprint. We survived an incredible storm at Mammoth Caves Campground with about 2 inch of water flowing under the tent. We barely had moisture on the floor of the tent, so I credit this mat with helping to keep us dry while the rain continued for a few hours. Easy to wash off, dry and pack.

This was the size (and aspect ratio) I needed. It is hard to find a square tarp! I also wanted something thin that packs compactly, and this exceeded my expectations. It is wonderfully compact while also being durable and waterproof.

We used this as the base for our tent. It was an exact fit and was actually thicker than the expensive tarp from the tent manufacturer. We sent that one back because we like this one so much.

Thanks to the other reviewers, I folded the longer side under our tent so the tarp didn't pull rainfall towards our sleeping space. Worked great in light rain. Also seemed to offer the tent fabric enough protection from the gravel campsite.

I chose this tarp a bit unsure because you never know. The fabric on this one feels more like what you get at a much higher price tag. It comes with a very nice bag to keep it tucked away. I will be using it as a footprint or maybe a shelter; I could also set it up as an awning for one of my tents. So many uses.

Works well, waterproof (tested camping and made it through a storm). Comes folded in packaging; but after first time use there’s no way I can fold it down enough to get back in that bag but it doesn’t bother me at all as I just keep it with my tent.
