Sargent and Spain

I love this book. My fiancé and I are getting married in Granada, Spain and ordered it for our guest book. Sargent is truly a master of his craft and I have long admired his art. It is obvious the editors spent hundreds of hours carefully curating the artwork, as well as providing the interesting story of Sargent and his love for Spain. The subjects are enthralling, the pictures high quality, the writing engaging. I can't wait for my guests to have fun signing this book so we can cherish it the rest of our lives!

I had the privilege of seeing this exhibit in person in San Francisco. This catalogue is wonderfully put together and representative of Singer Sargent's time in Spain.

This is a well presented book. Lovely print. A good resource to explore the talent of the artist in different areas of painting.

Wonderful work by Sargent in this period of time that he lived in Spain. Reflecting the culture and country of that time.
