Urns are incredibly expensive at funeral directors. We used this to bury our fathers ashes with our mothers coffin in a joint plot. First thing you need to add is a name plate with full name and date of birth and death. This was easily remedied at a common key/shoe mender at an additional cost of £13. Return it to the crematorium and they will fill it with the ashes. You may need to add a screw or two.

I bought this cask to keep my personal ashes in but also for it to be on display so it had to be practical and well made and look nice…

Lovely product, really fast delivery only ordered yesterday. I’ve uploaded 2 pictures for reference. The one by the shoe box is for size scale. It is a uk size 6 shoe box. Slight chip in wood but fine otherwise.

Ordered 2 boxes the same one was fantastic exactly what I asked for however the second wasn't good it was the wood was 2 different colours and there was a crack where the screw is where I think it was over tightened

I used this box for my husbands ashes
