One day, at the ripe old age of 31, I woke up and thought to myself "Maybe, I should reconsider eating baby piglets every morning for breakfast and instead try this whole Plant Based thing". It was an interesting thought but searching supermarket shelves for anything that slightly resembled the taste of good quality meat without actual meat tasted like...well, fake meat.But then one delightful summer day everything changed...I discovered Charley St, Dan Churchill and this MAGICAL non-baby-piglet masterpiece they call "Charley St Chorizo".At first bite, I was hooked. The perfect balance of meaty texture but packed full of veggies. Something the doctor told me is good for me. Super easy to cook - just throw it in the pan with some oil, add it to some toast and hummus. I have eaten it every day for almost a year now and still loving it. Dare I say it, I've even gotten my carnivore friends onto it. I might make a documentary about this and call it "Game Changers" or something.Jokes aside, this chorizo is so good and made me a much healthier eater. Even if you're not plant-based, give it a try. Definitely a much easier way to get a solid serve of vegetables into your diet every day.

Highly, highly satisfied with the Chorizo and Bolognese from Charley Street!It is 1) healthy! 2) involves a very easy, quick prep and 3) tastes greatI use the products in all aspects of my daily meals... breakfast, lunch and dinner... Great in tacos/burritos, on salads, in scrambled eggs, on sandwiches, and a whole lot moreOne added benefit is the easy to use packaging. I have found that the product lasts a long time given its ingredients and re-sealable packaging.I have recommended to a handful of friends and family that are as addicted as I am now!

Delicious, healthy, and easy to make. I know it sounds too good to be true, but this lives up to the hype.Honestly, I've never been a huge chorizo fan so I ordered this for the bolognese, which let me say did not disappoint. Usually healthy and frozen don't equal delicious but this bolognese delivered on both fronts and it took no time to cook. Definitely cut out meal prep time down while adding great flavor.Since we got the chorizo I figured I'd give it a try tossing it into breakfast tacos and burritos and I was surprised at how good it was. Brought a ton of flavor without the grease and heaviness that usually turn me off of chorizo.Would recommend to anyone who is looking to take their dishes to the next level!

This stuff is epic! Not only are you getting incredible tasting food that can be served with pasta, on a wrap or sandwich or just by itself, you are saving the planet with every bite.I have been looking to reduce by food footprint and eat less meat. With this product from Charley St, I don't have to sacrifice taste. If anything, it tastes even better than the meat based alternatives.I am an absolute convert and will be putting this on regular order!

I Don't know if this is delicious. I bet it is. BUT because the shipment took 7 days to reach me the dry ice was gone and it was warm to the touch. Trying to find help with customer service, that is stated to be Amazon. The Messaging assistant, I think it was a bot, didn't respond to the product question. . It also stated I wouldn't get a refund. I really wanted to try this, as I follow Dan Churchill and like his recipes. You probably don't want to buy this unless it is coming within maybe 48 hours at the most(unless winter). I'm glad if you get to try this, I heard it it really good. (sad face emoji)

Charley St really has changed the way I view plant based products. The chorizo and bolognese are both so flavorful and easy to prepare. They can be used for any meal - I’ve done pasta, quesadillas, omelettes, tacos and more.Really impressed and can’t wait to keep experimenting. Plus love the eco-friendly packaging. The full experience is good for me and the earth!

One bag of bolognese came empty

It’s so hard to find plant based alternatives that are fun cook and taste good.The Chorizo and Bolognese from Charley St knock it out if the park.They make take every meal delicious, simple and easy to get more veggies on your plate.I cannot recommend more highly.Thanks guys.
