First. The batteries ROCK! They’ve been great. The Bad… the solar panels are atrocious. They are unusable. I have a 3000 Pro, 2000 Pro and 1000 Explorer plus as well as the baby 100! I bought them specifically for home backup, camping and remote film production work. I have six 200W panels, four 100W and two 80W panels as well as multiple extension cables and linking adaptors (to attach three panels at once, per input). The damage referenced above is from (1) unboxing and (2) wind blew them over, they collapsed to the ground (it was not raining). In no way should they have lost screws or even cracked! To be honest, these sat in the boxes (unopened) for a year before I used them. It was a climate controlled environment. I opened them to use after the first major storm of 2024 in Houston that caused the massive power outage from straight line winds. It was full sunlight and I could barely get them to register any input power. The most I got at anyone time into the 3000 Pro was about 400KW, I had SIX 200W Solar Sagas connected! Horrible! I couldn’t get ahold of cs from Jackery, I don’t do social media so complaining in social world wasn’t an option (which I wouldn’t do regardless), I tried anything and everything. The 80W panels produced more than the 200 on the 2000 Pro. I gave up and just took them to a neighbors house (that had a home generator) and charged them there. I also used the “power on board” generator in my F150 to charge as well. I love the batteries and they work great but I tell ya, the panels are worthless! So, I spent thousands to only end up buying a 5000W Inverter by Westinghouse. Thing is super rock solid, runs off propane, so I ended up using it to charge my solar generators to use in other parts of the house. I’m extremely disappointed in Jackery’s lack of customer service and quality of solar panels. The batteries have worked great for many other applications (remote film production work and medical supply backup) but not for emergency home backup. When hurricane Beryl hit a few months ago, I used these batteries in tandem with the generator and that worked great. I wouldn’t recommend for home backup but would for camping, production work or anything remote.

I’m very happy I ordered this item. I’m on supplemental oxygen and always worried about what I’d do in a power outage. California has unplanned brownouts when the grid gets overwhelmed in the hot temperatures. This has given me peace of mind, I’ve tested it with my concentrator and it works fine. It’s heavy for me , 72 years old and slight build but I had a small dolly to move it around the house but i did need help to lift it onto a rolling stand. I haven’t used the solar panels yet but nice to know I have that available.

After experiencing a power outage that lasted a few days, some family let us borrow a much smaller Jackery unit. Even with that small one, we realized we would have a hard time living without such a product in the future. We ended up buying this 2000 Plus, and couldn't be happier with it! Really holds a great charge, several large appliances can stay charged for a day or more.

Both of the Solar Saga 200 panels had broken carrying handles -- the flimsy plastic handles had broken screw anchor points on each panel and/or screws missing. 3 or four anchor points on each panel were broken, both at the end where the cable connects. I contacted Jackery the day the item arrived about the potential to send me new handles and I would replace them myself -- I live in a remote area with the closest FedEx or UPS store over 22 miles away. The email response was to offer me $20 for the inconvenience -- hahahahahahahaha. The handles will eventually fall apart from the stress of the panel weight and the opening and closing of the panels -- they are heavy for the type plastic used. The offer is a pittance. Contacted Amazon to replace, and auto-BOT response was item is not returnable, contact seller, and I already did that, so Amazon was NO HELP. BEWARE!!! If you buy these items and they are defective, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THEM. Buy similar products from a more reputable company which actually BACKS UP THE WARRANTY THEY OFFER!!!

I rated this product high because in my initial charges and first cycle of usage, I am very satisfied with the product. Also it charged to full capacity with only the two panels within the day in full sun.The reason for the 4 stars is purely a quality check and return policy awareness warning since not everyone may check their emergency preps immediately. In the images you will see that one of my two panels had both button clasps damaged (even though packaging was perfect). This doesn't impact the performance of the product, but surprising this left the production run quality control.Jackery was quickly responsive with offering a replacement, but not until they received the damaged panel, even though I asked for the replacement to be shipped immediately (so I wouldn't be down half of my panels for my emergency prep). I get the policy for high value items like this, but not ideal for people who use these for emergency as back-ups), so make sure you check the quality of your product right away.

This machine is absolutely amazing to have. I can run everything I need. Super versatile and easy to manage.
