These Vanity Fair panties are top quality. I've been wearing the string bikinis for 20 years. The fabric eventually stretches out before the elastic. I'm 5' 0", weigh 100 lbs, and wear these in size small. The satin ones have been the same size and quality through the years, but for a while Vanity Fair made these in lace fabric and cotton. Those ran smaller by a size or two. The dependable satin ones don't ride up nor slip down. Hope you have the same good results.One feature needs improvement: colors. They used to make soft pastels to vibrant brights. Now the colors shown in the website are nicer than colors received. If not black, tan, gray or white, they arrive in colors that are shades of purple or look like they've been laundered many times. Amazon, please look for more nice colors.

These are so comfy! Even though the elastic threads start to pile around the waistline, these are still my favorite go-to. If I washed them as delicate, I probably wouldn't have the piling issue.
