Nice strong and straight making a very flat table. Won't absorb moisture and was very well packaged for shipment.

The product is okay for its intended purpose. What I didn't like is the lack off quality finish. There are lots of sharp edges and points. Be prepared on deburring some holes of milled aluminum. I caught a nasty sliver of aluminum on my finger and minor cuts so please be careful on unpacking and installing. I expect better QC for the price.As for the product. It's probably better than an MDF spoil board which may sag but then you can just build a torsion box underneath it. It would be lighter compared to a 3/4 MDF.

after try the 4030 i realize that a bigger working space will give me more room for my projet, so i order the 6060 extension if you interest in this machine the first thing to do will upgrade for a real router like dewalt or fit another one but in the 4030 kit you have the bracket for the dewalt 611i fit the makita rt0701 now you have a real working cnc machine and i'm very satify with the result.the kit will need some mechanical expertise like sqaring the base, make a good and solid board cause no board is include in the kit the instalation is not to complicated and the instruction is include after tramming the z axe and squaring everyting you have a solid cnc machine
