Soft, warm but not too hot, cute

The jacket itself is big like imagined, but the sleeves are a bit small. If you're looking for baggy style, I'd order two or three sizes up.

Runs incredibly small. I'd size up by 2 of what you normally get. Had it less than a month - washed once, the cuffs and entire inner sleeves have pilled up severely. Cute design, awful quality.

We sized up. She is a size 2xl, we ordered a 3xl. It barely fits. Cannot zip it, can barely wear it correctly. Would return it for a refund, but it would cost more to send it back than it's even worth. Disappointed. Bought 2 so we could match. I'm an extra small, bought a medium. The medium fits like a small, luckily it still fits me. The sizes are so inconsistent, it isn't even worth the purchase.

I knew the product was going to be mid based on the price but the fabric is really bad, and the arms connect extremely strange and are weirdly short compared to the rest of the hoodie.

I love it, the embroidery is nice and zipper is high quality. Just a tad thinner of a sweater than a was hoping for. But for the price it is a good zip up.
