I use this in my breakfast shake with a vanilla protein powder about a teaspoon of monk fruit. I have taken a tablespoon straight and it will make you pucker. I also use in plain Greek yogurt with monk sweetener and its not bad. Add a few blueberries and it’s great, or granola. I take it for all the great heath benefits. . It will be delivered to you in a cooler with ice pack. I will definitely order again. FYI I was told this is the largest Arona berry company in the USA from a friend that grows them.

Aroniaberry and Beet Juice
I mix aronia with beet juice for a morning antioxidant kick before my work outs. I don’t feel tired, it keeps me regulated. It has a great berry taste. I’ve tried it with my sugar free gingerale as well with dinner. The combinations are endless! Great value for the money and excellent health benefits for your immune system, cholesterol, skin and hair.

No sweetness added, so you can use whatever you want to sweeten it with. Honey works good for me.
