I have received the package in a good condition and delivered through their delivery van. Each items are lookas good and pretty.i am eager to waiting for the fixation. One thing i noticed that nowhere in the basket that the grade of steel is marked.

Appearance is nice
I received this on schedule time. All the 6 trays are in good condition. Steel material also look like of grade 304 and strong. Packing was good 👍. I received all the trys and channel in well condition. I love the product.

Material good
Material good but 4 out of 6 basket band on other side means not in proper shape. Felt like they gave defectives piece. Good packing. Although they should not give defective pieces. So don’t buy. So my suggestion go offline market. Company clearing defective pieces through online. Very disappointed.

The set arrived as per the schedule and the packing was done neatly too. The items are as per the specifications given and the quality seems good. Durability can only be commented after using it for some time.I have the following two observations:1) The edge of one of the drawer is bent. It probably happed during transporting while loading or unloading. The box may have fallen down and hit the very edge. The material is quite strong, so such a bend can only have happened due to strong and sudden impact.Suggestion to Amazon and Seller: Please highlight these items are fragile to reduce such incidents in future.2) The seller only sent 5 sets of the drawer channel instead of 6. The channels cost around 300-350(local cheap ones) and 400-500 (branded quality ones). Would the seller be providing the missing set or should I buy myself paying extra amount?The trays are of good quality and my mother loved them. The drawer channels supplied are of good quality and supports the required weight of the drawers full of utensils. So far happy with the purchase except for the above observations. Even the price is reasonable compared to local shops.UPDATE: Amazon gave a Rs.300 cash back for the missing drawer channel.
