Oh my gosh these things are so comfortable I'm definitely buying more. As stated in the title I am 5'7 150 lb with a pant size of 32-30.These thermal pants fit like a glove, Amazon suggested either a medium or a large, I bought a large first and it fit but was loose around different parts of my legs, I sent it back and got a medium now they fit like a glove without squeezing the life out of my legs and waist, it's absolutely perfect! They have just the right amount of fleece to not feel like plastic, like the alleged sweat absorbing non-fleece compression pants. These will work absolutely perfect and just about any temperature below 70° and down to 30. When it gets to 30 and below I have pants that are lined with thicker fleece. My work involves hefty lifting and long hours wheeling grocery product into convenience stores. For those who may know McLean company that is my line of work, truck driver, delivery driver. I plan to use these for my yoga classes as well as they fit so well and are as comfy as my fleece PJs. They're nice and stretchy and as I tug on them and release they snap back into place with a medium fit, absolutely perfect. These pants do not have separate pouch support so you will need to wear your own pouch support underwear for those men who are hung like myself. I plan to buy other compression pants for this purpose, deliberately designed around hung men. I personally prefer to wear fleece lined compression pants designed around men who are hung and wear them without underwear cuz it's more comfortable and less restriction on my waist.But as for these pants they fit so well and are so comfortable I will gladly wear them with my hung underwear and still be just as comfortable.

Bought these as a base layer for running; I won't wear them solo, but under some running pants or under thicker running tights under running pants, depending on the temperature, they have been great. Comfortable, no chaffing. Coldest i've run in this year is about 24F with thicker running tights and loose outer shell pants and I was fine (10 mile run). I also have used them in the 40F range under loose running pants and they were nice. In both situations, they kept me comfortable without getting too hot. I imagine they will work fine similarly layered down to 10F, which is about my limit for such activity. They are lightly brushed on the inside and fit well; I bought large and I'm 5'10" and have used these between 175 and 185 lbs. I bought them for warmth, not compression. They aren't at all baggy, but also not overly stretched. I'd imagine if you really wanted compression, you'd get something thicker. They get used about 3x week and I've had them for almost 2 months. I don't know if I'll get 9 years out of them like I did my last pair of base layer, but I don't see why they won't hold up for several winters. I really like them and would definitely order again.

Great for jogging

Finally, a legging that fits! These size mediums fit perfectly on my 5'6" frame. Unlike many other brands on Amazon, the waistline is reasonable - it sits about halfway between my inseem and my belly button.There is a comfortable and insulating light fleece flocking, but the leggings are flexible, non-restrictive, and form-fitting all the way down to the ankle.
