KB does it again
Will this man ever miss? I think not, KB does an excellent job of breaking down the various new programs in the book and fleshing out some of his earlier work. A easy read and one full of information for the operational athlete

All you need
I’ve done plenty of programs in the tactical fitness realm promising this and that and I’ve gotten some great results, but TB and Green Protocol is what I was after all along. The problem with most programs is that they promise results with a generalized approach. Sometimes it works, sometimes is doesn’t. TB and specifically GP TEACHES you everything you need to know for a lifetime of physical fitness and mental preparation tailored to what YOU need. KB arms you with years of experience and wisdom and empowers you to crush your goals. Buy this book and do the work!

KB explains things in a straight forward fashion. No fluff. Gives readers a lot of options and flexibility. Would highly recommend this and his other books TB 1 & 2.

Tactical Barbell is a beautifully organized comprehensive training methodology
The entire Tactical Barbell series is a beautifully thought out and extremely well presented series that is a complete system of physical training involving strength and endurance. The flexibility built in to the system that allows you to manipulate the training parameters according to your (a) goals (b) experience (c) access to equipment (d) time constraints (e) preferences is breathtakingly beautiful. I feel these books haven't been given their due; I have no idea why. Everybody should be reading and rereading them; I personally get a new idea every time I go through it, like with any good book in any genre.

The "All In One" for your strength, hypertrophy and conditioning goals.
I've always been into bro Splits, powerlifting weightlifting through different phases of my life. Even ran a few endurance races. But I was never able to map out a year by year plan to manage each aspect. When running my lifting would struggle and I'd get burnt out.Green Protocol helped me plan for achieving my strength, hypertrophy and endurance goals while not letting one aspect suffer. Amazing book, laid out well and all the info you could possibly need.

Another excellent Tactical Barbell book
An absolute must have to add to the library with TB,TB2,TB Mass and Ageless Athlete.Green Protocol covers the gap and adds a long term focused plan if expanding on Green Protocol is the goal.You can't go wrong if you own all these books especially since you have all training bases covered for under $50. I have only read through once but like all the other books will be reading through again.I have been leaning towards increasing my running ability and Green (or CAT) is the plan I was looking for.Another great book in the TB system of training. 10/10
