It's very small, sturdy, and useful. I only take it off being in water, and going to bed.

It's nice looking and well made ! It fits nicely as well..only one problem though..I bought it to hold my emergency nitroglycerin heart pills and after a shower they dissolved from water getting inside..I added a small o-ring and it seals fine now though. That's the reason for 4 stars..you could probably put them in plastic wrap but that would be a hassle if you need them fast. The prayer wheel actually works though if your curious..lol..spins just fine !

Great item heavy material. Had to re-order the first time that my package was sent to me. It was an empty bag with a black necklace. I informed them of the error fixed quickly

I'm keeping the product.Nice looking.I'm not sure what kind of pills this would hold due to its cylinder is extremely small. So if you take regular medication I would not recommend.

I really love the look of this and the size is Perfect for my Nitroglycerin, but the decorative sleeve around the barrel of it slides right off so if you tip it to dispense a pill you end up with the barrel in your hand too. If I'm in an emergency, this is not good.And most importantly, I took it with me on my walk today and by the time I got home, it had unscrewed and was gone

Very pretty but for tiny pills.

Obviously cheap, and feels and looks cheap. The "prayer wheel" won't actually spin if you tighten the cap all the way down. And, while I haven't put anything in it yet, I imagine if the cap is not tightened all the way whatever you have inside will get wet if you take a shower with it on or if it ends up in a wet environment.If this is to hold something important to you, I'd recommend not buying it and spending the money on something better made.

This item is very fashionable and functional. I love it. The only issue I have is when twisting the wheel make sure you re-twist it to ensure it is securely tightened.
